At Tulipdue, I help women 40+ build strength, restore energy, and reconnect with themselves through simple, supportive movement and guided relaxation audio
Each program includes:
- One guided full-body workout each week (repeat it 2-3 times)
- Relaxation audio prompts to listen to while knitting, journaling, colouring, or unwinding.
- A clear weekly plan so you always know what to do
-Self paced access inside a private member only area.

Many members begin with the Gentle Beginner Program, building confidence through simple, repeatable workouts. From there, you can continue progressing into Signature Strength and Premium program as your strength and comfort grow.
All workouts are guided by Kristine Nielsen
a Certified Trainer with training through Nielsen Fitness and founder of Tulipdue.
